Blue Mountains Honeymoon Destinations and Accommodation

The Blue Mountain region offers any honeymooning couple the opportunity to get away in an environment that is as diverse in scenery as it is in things to do. The Blue Mountains National Park with its sandstone canyons and smokey blue forests has walks that are both refreshing for the mind and the soul, cycle paths along the cliff tops down into its valleys, or stroll along those that were etched out for the Victorian honeymooner.

There is truly so much you can do, there are vineyards for those who enjoy wine tasting or g o horse riding, abseiling, go for canyon exploration walks, what ever you chose to do it will in the spectacular surrounds of the Blue Mountain wilderness. When visiting the area take time to stroll through the Mount Tomah Botanic Gardens that are at an altitude of over 1000 meters. 

Cruise the majestic Nepean Gorge by paddle wheeler, and romance in the floodlit night.

Experience floating on air in the Skyway with its electro-scenic glass floor or ride the world's steepest incline Railway down to a luxuriant and hidden valley. Quietly glide out of the valley aboard the Cableway, taking in the stunning Blue Mountains National Park.

The Blue Mountains is known as The City of the Arts. There are many local galleries to visit, with each of its towns is rich in history and culture, you will no doubt find the region a wonderful place to honeymoon.
